1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of osamdesign.com (the “Website”), operated by OSAM Design (“OSAM”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website presents OSAM’s portfolio, capabilities, insights and contact information. It is intended for general information and business enquiries.

2. Using the Website

You may browse the Website and share links to its public pages for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not:

  • use the Website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its infrastructure or connected services;
  • introduce malware, automate abusive requests, scrape the Website at a disruptive scale or interfere with its operation;

3. Service enquiries

Submitting the contact form, sending an email or otherwise contacting OSAM does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to begin a project. Information provided on the Website, including descriptions of services, timing and budgets, is illustrative and may change.

Any project will be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or agreement covering scope, deliverables, fees, timing, intellectual property and other project-specific terms.

4. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its original text, layouts, graphics, motion, code, branding and presentation are owned by or licensed to OSAM and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Client names, trademarks and project materials shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in the portfolio does not grant you a licence to use them. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without the relevant owner’s permission, except where applicable law allows it.

6. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the Website useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that every page, project description or other item will always be complete, current or error-free. We may update, suspend or remove any part of the Website without notice.

The Website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties regarding uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or browser, or freedom from technical errors.
